Description:
he objective of the game is to create as many lines as possible; a task
that gets harder as the game speeds up the further you progress. If
you're not able to keep interlocking the shapes to create lines, they
eventually build up to a point where no further ones can fall, and
that's game over, folks.
The absence of a proper scroll routine is disappointing, particularly as it
seems to link with the fact that the blocks do not immediately respond
to joystick movement, which is very frustrating and unforgiving when
the game speeds up.

Description:
It's the game that helped to sell huge numbers of Nintendo Gameboys, and
everyone knows how to play it; make full rows of blocks by slotting together
pieces which fall from the top of the screen. Unfortunately, this version
doesn't fare well at all; the graphics are garish, and that striped background
is confusing. Add some terrible music and clumsy controls which can't be
redefined, and you don't get a fun game. Thankfully, there are far better
versions in the public domain.

Alexei Pajitnov, the "inventor" of Tetris as we know it today returns 7
years after the original was first published and brings us a better,
more feature rich version.
This was the first Tetris game that came with multiple game modes.
You can choose between single player, cooperative, competitive, dual
pit, and even head to head mode that allows you to play over the
network.
