Year: 1991 Mirrorsoft
Genre: Shooter - Multi-Event
Lang: English
Disks: 1
Version: Commercial, key
Description:
In the year 2067, the Earth's cities have become so polluted that they are
patrolled by giant Wolverine robots. However, their numbers are decreasing, and
you are the only one left to defend New York against another set of robots - the
Scavengers. Your mission now is to destroy The Furnace, a building which is
choking New York with even more pollution. There are three very different levels
to this game. The first two involve exploring New York and its underground
system, and aren't much fun to play, while the third is a much better space
shoot-'em-up. The graphics are very nice, with detailed sprites and lovely
explosions, but it's a shame that the gameplay isn't as good; the rather tedious
first level will put a lot of people off.

Genre: Arcade - Collect'em up
Lang: English
Description:
You know, there's this ball, and it's stuck in a labyrinth for no
apparent reason. Never mind -- let's just help him out, okay?
You control the friendly, spotted ball with the cursor keys. It'll gain
speed as it goes, bounce off when it hits obstacles, loose energy when
it's caught in traps, die when it falls off the platform. The 32 levels
through which you've got to guide the ball are full of traps: laser
barriers, ramps, tubes, breakable tiles etc. Colored keys will open
doors, switches create (or destroy!) helpful items.

Year: 1990 Rainbow Arts
Genre: Brain - Puzzle
Description:
Numerous objects help or hinder your path to the exit. These include locked doors
that you need to find a key to, ice which hinders your steering, fans that push
you away or magnets that pull you toward them, crumbling floor tiles, and others.
A mapof the level is accessible at any time, but it starts out completely blank.
You have to collect eyes along the level to make various objects visible on the
map. You may buy various supplies like a fastball, a spikeball, bombs, and even
hints for game secrets like extra money, extra lifes and short cuts.
The name "Rock 'n' Roll" comes from both the aspect of "rolling" your ball along
the level, and the various catchy Rock and roll-inspired tunes that play as the
background music.
