Description:
The Soviets have launched several nuclear missiles, aimed at major US cities. As
Squadron Commander of the US Defense Space Station, your goal is to reach and
destroy the launch sites, then infiltrate and sabotage the Soviet Defense
Center. This early wargame features average sound and graphics but several
different action scenes. As in Beach Head, you mustn't lose too many
lives in the first mission or your chances of completing the game will fade
away. The game is rather difficult, even on the easiest level. The first screen,
in which you have to take the planes off the space station, is really
frustrating and will cost you many lives. However, the following missions are
great.

Description:
The game opens with an alert that a nuclear missile has been launched
from a Soviet city toward a North American city. The player begins in
the hangar where the American spacecraft are stored and must safely fly
the craft out of the hangar. The view switches to the earth as seen from
low Earth orbit, and the player guides the spacecraft to the city launching
the attack.

game. The player pilots the "Raiden Supersonic Attack Fighter" through

and the player can collect several powerups for them to make them stronger.
There are bombs and missile powerups as well as collectable medals which add
to the score.

Description:
You are an industrious and ambitious businessman trying your skill
in railroad business. And this game really has it all. You can play on
many different levels and I'll explain what I mean by that.
First off you chose the map on which you'll play. You can start
building in either England, eastern part of North America, western part
of North America or in continental Europe. Depending on which map you
choose, you'll start in different years. England built its rail network
first, so that map will take you in the first half of the 19th century.
And the further back you go in time, less choices of engines you'll
have.
Next you choose the difficulty level of AI. And this really does
make a difference, because every level will get tougher. You have four
to choose from and the toughest one will be almost impossible to beat!
The sound consists of a pleasant adlib tunes and some sound effects.
There are also some animated scenes that are quite funny. You get VGA
graphics that more then effectively do the job.

Description:
After rescuing their girlfriends in Bubble Bobble, Bub and Bob
apparently were transformed into kids (and not dinosaurs anymore) and
began a well deserved rest in wonderful places called the Rainbow
Islands. But when you’ re a superhero, even if a tad cute, you can
never rest. Evil but totally funny creatures haunt now the islands, and
since Bob got too lazy after his first quest, only Bub decides to make
a stop to this evil threat (i.e. the c64 programmers weren’t able to
retain the coin-op’s two players mode). He has to make his way through
the seven colourful islands, collecting gems and avoiding or destroying
the cute nasties.
The cartoonish graphics are great and colourful (if slightly blocky in
places) and all the creatures have a lot of character. A very nice
touch is that the dying enemies’ sprites are those from the Bubble
Bobble nasties. The adaptation of “Somewhere over the rainbow” is a
good soundtrack, even if it tends to bore you a bit after a while.
Gameplay is just perfect, with tons of features and a relentless,
challenging and amusing action.
