AND ALL SORTS OF ODD JOBS WOULD KEEP HIM VERY BUSY. YOU CAN HELP PAT AND
JESS TO GET THE JOB DONE BY GUIDING HIS VAN AROUND THE VILLIAGE.
YOU START THE GAME BY FINDING THE POST OFFICE WHERE MRS.GOGGINS WILL TELL
PAT WHAT HE MUST DELIVER. IT WILL BE A NUMBER OF LETTERS OR A PARCEL FOR
ONE OF PATS FRIENDS. YOU CAN DRIVE AROUND THE VILLIAGE(AND CAN REVERSE IF
YOU NEED TO TURN ROUND) IN ORDER TO FIND YOUR FRIENDS HOUSE AND DELIVER
THE PARCEL. (IF YOU RETURN TO THE VAN AND YOU THEN WISH TO GO BACK TO A
HOUSE YOU MUST LEAVE THE SCREEN THEN RE-ENTER IT.)
LETTERS ARE DELIVERED TO THE HOUSES WHICH FLASH AS YOU PASS THEM. TO
DELIVER A LETTER PRESS THE FIRE BUTTON AS YOU PASS THE HOUSE. IF YOU MISS
YOU HAVE TO GET PAT OUT OF THE VAN USING THE FIRE BUTTON AND GUIDE HIM
TO PICK UP THE LETTER AND TRY AGAIN.
IF PETER FOGGS SHEEP GET LOOSE YOU CAN HELP HIM BY HEARDING THE SHEEP BACK
THROUGH THE GATE(YOU MUST FIND THEM YOURSELF).
WATCH OUT FOR OIL SLICKS ON THE ROAD AND MISS HUBBARD ON HER WOBBLY BIKE.
BECAUSE PAT IS SUCH A BUSY CHAP YOU HAVE ONLY GOT A SHORT TIME TO

Hooray! It's Postman Pat and his black and white cat! You get to drive around the twisty
lanes of Greendale and deliver letters and parcels to the village folk - but Pat has to do
more than that. Along the way, you'll have to get Miss Hubbard's prescription and round up
Peter Fogg's sheep. It's a tough life being a postman! This game has 'cute' written all over
it - it's wonderful, albeit rather easy. The graphics are bright and jolly, and you
haveto play the game just to listen to the excellently rendered theme tune.

Description:
Pat's van has broken down so he has to deliver his letters on foot. He's
going to need some refreshment along the way, though, so you must make sure Pat doesn't
run out of tea. He can get more tea by performing errands for the local people of Greendale
and finding things they've lost. Some things may be broken, though, so you'll have to find
Ted the farmer to fix it. Watch out for the birds who might steal your letters! It's
unfortunate, then, that this game is nowhere near as good as the original. There's no tune
and few sound effects, and the graphics give the impression that it's going to rain at any
time.

Description:
In the last of the Postman Pat series of games, Pat takes to his van again to deliver
some letters. Mind you, he's got to dodge all those roadworks, not to mention reckless
nutters driving at 60mph and on the wrong side of the road. You'll also need to stop at the
garage to fill up the van with petrol. On the easy mode, all the hazards are in the same
place and it's just a question of memorising when they occur. On the hard mode, things become
more taxing. The graphics are colourful, but the tune isn't up to the same standard as the one
in the original Postman Pat, and since the game moves as a rather slow pace, it's
likely that interest will soon wane.

Description:
When they are asleep, Potsworth the dog and his friends - Rosie, Nick, Carter
and Keiko - become the Midnight Patrol and enter a dream world, but to stay
there, the Grand Dozer must be asleep, and the Nightmare Prince is trying to
wake him. The gang must find objects on each of the five levels and stop the
Nightmare Prince. You control one of the characters on each level, and each
character has different powers. As well as collecting objects, you also have to
activate lifts by pushing heavy objects on to the appropriate buttons. The
graphics are cute and colourful, and the music on the menu is a joy to listen
to. Unfortunately the levels are very big and take a long time to complete,
which makes the game rather tedious to play.

Description:
P.O.W. is one of several new action adventures that requires the agility
and marksmanship of an action arcade game, but also gives the atmosphere of
an adventure.
Every red-blooded American is sickened by our enemy's injustice toward our
men who gave so much for their country. Many of our boys are still over
ther, and you're going to get them. With your M14 and a few good men, you
adventure behind enemy lines and bring 'em home, if you can.
As the adventure begins you find yourself drafted on your way to boot camp.
Depending on your marksmanship shown here, you are given the rank of
Private, Sergeant, or General. With each rank comes a separate mission and
a different map. After escaping from the jungle, you look at your map and
decide where to go. The Village? The Armory? Directly to the Camp? You
choose your strategy by firing at the desired location. (Remember, you
don't have winga - you must follow the paths. For example, you must cross
the bridge to get to the village.) If you get through all of the missions
by finally rescuing our 6 men and escaping to the ocean, you'll be promoted
to the rank of "HERO."
But before glory comes boot camp....

Description:
Powder is a sidescrolling "shmup" for the Amiga, made in a slightly cartoonish
style much like many shooters for the SNES and PC Engine. The system is rather
straight-forward; instead of a long range of power-ups, you have a reconfigurable
ship, with five modes, which can be alternated by pressing the space bar or
second joystick button.
Powder has a graphical style reminiscent of Irem's old games (not R-Type,
mind you), or Hudson's for that matter. Even though it is made for the OCS chipset,
which was 13 years old when Powder was released, it features many small graphical
touches such as reflections in windows and landscapes with a lot of detail.
Each stage has several sub-bosses which halt the otherwise forced scrolling.
Although the game is mostly horizontally scrolling, the playfield is at least
one and a half screens high, allowing for high manoeuvrability, and with certain
portions of the game scrolling diagonally as well.
